At Temple Tales , we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our silver idols. Since these items are sacred and delicate, we have established a clear policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement or until the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID. In the case of a successful cancellation, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Temple Tales, we take immense pride in the spiritual and premium nature of our silver idols and artifacts. To ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer a 3-Day Return Window under the following conditions:  

Eligibility for Returns / Exchange 

We gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all protective wrapping and boxes.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice and the authenticity certificate.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an unused item within the 3-day window, please reach out to our customer care team with your order number and photos of the unused product. Once we verify the condition of the item upon its return to our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Mandate for Damage, Missing, or Incorrect Items

To ensure the integrity of our claims process, we maintain a strict Unboxing Video Policy. Verification for broken, missing, or incorrect items can only be approved if you provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the intact seals before opening. Without this video evidence, we cannot process a replacement or refund, as it is the only way to verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 7 to 10 business days. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer once you provide your account details.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items returned without the mandatory unboxing video.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized silver idols made specifically to your requirements.
  • Items reported after the 24-hour delivery window.
